Real Estate Construction Lawyer

We are currently seeking **Construction Real Estate** **Lawyers** to work within our in-house legal department real estate clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work side by side with legal and business teams to help internal stakeholder with their construction and infrastructure needs.
- Ability to create common infrastructure documentation and to negotiate standard form documentation, such as CCDC contracts.
- Represent the Axiom brand at all engagements with a focus on developing the client relationship.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of construction or infrastructure experience in-house or through a law firm.
- Experience with the purchase, sale, financing, development and operation of commercial leasing while representing major developers, retailers, financial institutions, lenders or pension funds.
- Experience with public procurement processes for government infrastructure.
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
