**Company Overview**:
Bandsintown is the leading platform connecting over 85 million live music fans with their favorite artists and venues. We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking an Sales Representative to drive new customer acquisition for Bandsintown Pro, our specialized service for venues, festivals and promoters.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Bandsintown Pro customer base. You will identify and engage with potential clients, including venues and promoters, to demonstrate the value of our platform and services. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and convert them into loyal Bandsintown Pro users and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients in the music and entertainment industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine sales strategies and approaches.
- Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to improve product and services.
- Generate a pipeline of new business, qualify inbound opportunities, and manage the sales stages including lead generation, and prospecting.
- Documenting leads to ensure they meet the defined criteria and their profile is complete and updated for further sales cycle outreach.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with qualified leads.
- Forecast and manage your sales pipeline via Salesforce with the ability to communicate its health clearly and report back on KPIs set by your manager.

**Requirements**:

- Full fluency in English and French.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the music, entertainment, or related industries.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a sales representative position or similar role, especially in a SaaS or technology company.
- Has experience in outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound and partner prospects.
- Demonstrate great enthusiasm, energy, and confidence, and is comfortable with speaking to and cold-calling prospects.
- Strong interest in and knowledge of the music and entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in SalesForce.
- Ability to work in a hybrid and international environment, with a minimum of two days per week in our Montreal office.

En tant que représentant des ventes, votre contribution sera essentielle à l'expansion de notre clientèle Bandsintown Pro. Vous serez chargé(e) d'identifier et d'engager des clients potentiels, notamment des salles de concerts et des promoteurs, afin de leur démontrer la valeur ajoutée de notre plateforme et de nos services. Votre objectif principal consistera à établir et à entretenir un solide vivier de prospects, puis à les convertir en utilisateurs et clients fidèles de Bandsintown Pro.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Atteindre et surpasser les objectifs de vente mensuels et trimestriels.
- Générer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales grâce à du démarchage proactif.
- Développer et entretenir des relations avec des clients potentiels dans l'industrie de la musique et du divertissement.
- Collaborer avec les équipes marketing et ventes pour peaufiner les stratégies et les approches commerciales.
- Fournir des retours d'information et des insights tirés des interactions avec les clients afin d’améliorer les produits et services.
- Etablir un pipeline de nouvelles affaires, qualifier les opportunités entrantes et les partenaires, et gérer les étapes de vente, y compris la génération de leads et la prospection.
