We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Medical Clinic Manager** to lead and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth clinic performance and exceptional patient experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow and patient scheduling.
- Ensure proper implementation of clinic policies, procedures, and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Manage clinic staff, including medical professionals, administrative personnel, and support staff.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to ensure staff meets performance expectations and delivers excellent patient care.
- Ensure that patients receive timely, courteous, and effective care.
- Address and resolve patient complaints or concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Promote a positive patient experience by managing wait times, communication, and service quality.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and office supplies.
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical or healthcare management role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and patient care protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in medical office software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration is preferred but not required.
- Certification in healthcare management or related certifications is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
