In the winter you be working at Craigleith Ski Club to over see the two high volume cafeteria's. Work days are Wednesday to Sunday in the winter.

In the summer the focus changes to doing high end offsite catering like weddings and BBQ's. The successful person will be require to help plan and organize the summer events and lead a team for the successful execution of the event. Hours are flexible in the summer but you will be required to work the weekend events. and a evening shift on Saturday. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for controlling the flow, sales and customer satisfaction at our cafeteria's. This position works with other members of the management team to ensure that all food and beverages are served promptly, and that all staff are trained appropriately. The Front of House Manager should possess the ability to lead a team and act as the face of the cafeteria, making this an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to continue their restaurant career progression.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interview and hire good front of house staff.
- Handle employee relations and personnel issues.
- Oversee maintenance of the property for a clean, safe, comfortable atmosphere for customers and employees.
- Establish, maintain, and enforce a dress code for servers that is conducive to a high-quality cafeteria experience.
- Be honest with employees and customers.
- Handle employee relations issues.
- Be a leader and mentor to the managers in the Front Of House department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
