Comment vous allez faire une différence
Encadrer et développer le personnel pour dépasser les objectifs de productivité individuels et de magasin.
Engagez les clients dans la conversation autour des produits, des activités et des événements communautaires locaux de The North Face.
Superviser la couverture et les activités du sol, y compris l’ouverture et la fermeture des magasins comme prévu.
En partenariat avec le directeur du magasin, fournir une formation et un développement continu du personnel du magasin dans l’engagement des clients et tous les programmes, politiques et procédures de l’entreprise.
Aider le directeur du magasin à atteindre tous les objectifs financiers et opérationnels, y compris le contrôle des dépenses, la prévention des pertes, les audits de magasin et les rapports hebdomadaires.
S’associer au directeur du magasin pour la mise en œuvre des directives de marchandisage visuel et maintenir des normes conformes aux stratégies de marque de l’entreprise; s’assure que la marchandise sur le plancher de vente est réapprovisionnée de manière appropriée.
Associez-vous au directeur du magasin pour assurer la conformité et le respect des politiques et procédures, des normes et des pratiques, ainsi que des directives de l’entreprise.
Modélisez un comportement qui respecte les antécédents, l’expérience et les différences culturelles des autres, tout en maintenant l’intégrité et les valeurs de VF Corporation et de la marque.
Promouvoir un environnement qui encourage la participation, la créativité et l’apprentissage en partageant les meilleures pratiques et en s’appuyant sur les idées des autres.

Ce que vous apportez
Obligatoire
Plus de 1 an d’expérience en gestion de magasins dans un environnement de vente au détail au rythme rapide et très attrayant
Capacité éprouvée à atteindre et à dépasser les résultats de vente.
Capacité de travailler selon un horaire flexible pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise; nécessitera des week-ends, des soirées et des jours fériés.
Excellentes compétences en communication, tant verbale qu’écrite
Possibilité de hiérarchiser les tâches dans un environnement de magasin au rythme rapide.
Capacité éprouvée à atteindre les objectifs de l’entreprise en envoyant des résultats grâce à l’équipe du magasin
Volonté et désir d’apprendre et de partager des connaissances sur les produits, la communauté locale, les expériences et les activités pertinentes pour la clientèle du magasin.
Capacité et désir d’offrir une expérience client très engageante grâce au service individuel, à la conversation et à l’établissement de relations.
Excellente capacité de prise de décision dans un environnement trépidant
Détails orientés.
Compétences informatiques, y compris le traitement de texte, les feuilles de calcul et les logiciels
