**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Support**:
Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy.

Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.

**Administrative Duties**:
Provide general administrative support to the team.

Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents.

**Data Entry**:
Accurately input and update financial data into accounting software.

Maintain databases and spreadsheets.

**Communication**:
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams as needed.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in accounting or as an account clerk is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a bonus.

Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with administrative tasks.

**Education and Experience**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or related field is a plus.

Related experience in similar positions or education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field an asset.

Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous.

**Salary**: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 44 per week

- Toronto, ON M9W 6C8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
