**Physiotherapy Assista**nt - Lifemark Physiotherapy Bridgewater**

**Status**: Full Time
**Schedule**: Hours to be worked between Monday - Friday
**Location**: Bridgewater

As a **Physiotherapy Assistant** at Lifemark, you are an important member of our team. You are responsible for assisting with client care as directed by a clinician, providing outstanding administrative support to patients, and for the maintenance and cleanliness of the treatment area and equipment. As a significant contributor, you are the type of person who will take pride in the thoroughness of your work and the strong relationships you develop with your clients and co-workers.

**Your responsibilities would include**:

- Assisting clinicians with client care; including the use of ultrasound equipment, exercise programs etc.
- Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals
- Collecting outcome measure data
- Maintenance and cleaning/sterilization of medical equipment
- Inventory of clinical supplies
- Administrative duties, as required including but not limited to: providing optimal patient care through friendly, enthusiastic and professional service; coordinating a detailed and accurate intake of information on the patient's visit; answering telephone calls and greeting patients upon arrival.

**Qualifications**:

- PTA diploma or Kinesiology degree preferred
- Previous experience working within a clinic setting is considered a strong asset
- Personal, friendly demeanor with excellent relationship-building skills
