**Key Responsibilities**
- Open and maintain client files
- Prepare and manage engagement letters
- Review and finalize various documents
- Type, proofread, and finalize financial statements
- Support professional staff with formatting and troubleshooting financial statements
- Prepare client tax packages using TaxPrep (personal, corporate tax, charity returns, trust returns, etc.)
- Generate reports using Deltek
- Manage and coordinate the billing process, including preparing invoices
- Handle expense reimbursements
- Perform other general administrative duties as required

**Experience**
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in administrative roles. Previous experience within a fast-paced, professional services environment is an asset
- Post-secondary diploma and/or administration studies diploma is an asset (training available)
- Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy)
- Knowledge of CaseWare is an asset (training available)
- Experience with Deltek is an asset
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision while managing frequent interruptions
- Strong team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Demonstrates initiative and proactivity
- Accountable for the quality and timely completion of assigned tasks
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
