- **Supervise Staff**: Store Supervisor is often responsible for supervising and managing store employees. This includes hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance. They may also handle employee issues and conflicts as they arise.
- **Customer Service**: Ensuring excellent customer service is a crucial responsibility. Store Supervisor should lead by example and help ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience. They may also handle customer complaints or issues that cannot be resolved by front-line staff.
- **Inventory Management**: Overseeing inventory levels, including ordering and restocking merchandise, is a key responsibility. Store Supervisor should help ensure that the store maintains appropriate stock levels and that inventory is managed efficiently.
- **Visual Merchandising**:They may be responsible for maintaining the store's visual appearance, including arranging displays, signage, and ensuring that products are well-presented.
- **Sales and Revenue**: Store Supervisor often play a role in driving sales and revenue growth. This can involve setting and monitoring sales targets, implementing promotional strategies, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Operational Tasks**:Store Supervisor may be responsible for various operational tasks, such as opening and closing the store, managing cash registers and cash handling procedures, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- **Reporting**: Providing regular reports and updates to the General Manager or upper management on key performance metrics, such as sales, inventory levels, and employee performance.
- **Training and Development**:Helping to train and develop staff members is often part of the role. This includes providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help employees improve their skills and performance.
- **Delegation**:Delegating tasks effectively to ensure that daily store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- **Problem-Solving**: Being prepared to handle unexpected issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the day-to-day store operations.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gathering and acting on customer feedback to improve the store's operations and customer service.

**Salary**: $32,000.00-$36,000.00 per year
