We are looking for a **Bilingual** **Member Portal Support Representative**

**What will you do?**

In this role, reporting to the Manager, Member Payments, you will be responsible for providing support to both members and staff for the CFIB Member Portal and encourage the use of the portal through improvements and member outreach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer external calls and webchats in both French and English from members requiring assistance with the Member Portal, including Login issues, payments, and receipts, changing and updating membership info, webinar registration, access to resources and templates, signing petitions, and other assistance as needed.
- Provide portal assistance to CFIB staff.
- Provide technical support and act as a liaison with the IT support team for technical issues relating to the member portal
- Provide feedback to management from members regarding improvements to the portal.
- Perform other tasks as assigned when needed.

**What makes a successful **Member Portal Support Representative**?**
- 1 year experience in customer service or CRM/online technical support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and popular web browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge an asset.
- Excellent and professional written and verbal communications skills
- Self-starter, able to work interdependently and equally effectively as part of a fast-paced team.
- Proven organization skills, ability to work with changing priorities and deadlines.
- A solid team player with excellent customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Post secondary education in related field.
- Fluency in English and French languages is a requirement (written, oral and reading)
