We are hiring a Bilingual Representative, Customer Service

**Reporting To**: Manager, Customer Service

**Full-Time/Part
- Time**: Full-time

**Posting Date**: March 2, 2023

**Hours of Work**: 12pm - 8pm

**Grade**: 4

**Office Location**: Hybrid - Toronto Great location Steps away from the main public transit station

**The Opportunity**:
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring all client inquiries and requests are dealt with and processed on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy.
- Proactively engage with First National clients to deliver outstanding service, making every client interaction an exceptional one
- Handle between 40 to 60 interactions a day
- Assist our clients by educating them regarding our products and services and promoting our online services
- Resolve client concerns at first point of contact by means of creative solutions backed by sound decision-making skills
- Process transactions to fulfill client requests and ensure an end-to-end customer experience
- Exceed customer expectations while complying with policies, practices, and procedures
- Ensure client privacy is protected at all times

**The Requirements Needed**:

- Post secondary education and/or equivalent work experience preferred
- Mortgage experience an asset
- Competency in MS Office; capacity to learn new technologies/systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, in both English and French
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Excellent telephone manner
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to resolve problems, strong attention to detail, critical thinking
- Demonstrated team player, responsible, reliable and adaptable
- Bilingualism (French, English) required - interactions with English-speaking customers or partners
