**Nous sommes à la recherche d’un-e Project Control Officer qui jouera un rôle primordial dans le bon **déroulement de nos projets et la satisfaction de nos clients.**

**Responsabilités**:

- Contribuer à la bonne planification des projets clients, dès leur démarrage.
- Être responsable de la gouvernance du projet, à savoir le budget, le calendrier, les délais et les prévisions, et les différentes étapes clés jusqu’à la facturation.
- Coordonner les activités de projet selon la méthodologie en place et effectuer les suivis internes nécessaires jusqu’à la bonne livraison finale (état d’avancement des livrables, temps facturable, disponibilité des ressources, demandes de changements, budgets, efficacité, profitabilité et autres indicateurs clés de projets).
- Analyser les différents risques encourus tout au long de la vie du projet, proposer et mettre en place les actions en conséquence.
- Planifier, organiser et faciliter les rencontres nécessaires avec les parties prenantes.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration notamment avec le Consultant responsable du projet.
- S’assurer que les processus et meilleures pratiques de projet sont mis en oeuvre par les différentes équipes.
- Contribuer à l’évolution de la méthodologie et des outils de gestion de projet dans l’entreprise, dans le but d’améliorer nos pratiques.
- Participer au développement des compétences des équipes projets, dans son domaine d’expertise.
- Contribuer à la qualité des présentations documentaires réalisées auprès des clients

**Requis**:

- OBLIGATOIRE: Basé dans la grande région de Montréal.
- OBLIGATOIRE: Excellent français et anglais écrit et parlé. Le bilinguisme (Français et Anglais) est nécessaire en raison de la nature des activités, nécessitant des interactions avec certains partenaires/clients locaux, nationaux et mondiaux.
- OBLIGATOIRE: 2 ans et plus d’expérience en gestion de projet ou équivalent dans le domaine des nouvelles technologies et en consultation (idéalement des projets d’implémentation de système de type CRM ou équivalent.)
- Idéalement BAC en Génie, Informatique, Gestion des affaires, ou équivalent - incluant expérience non-académique équivalente.
