Rma (Return Merchandise Authorization) Specialist

BlackboxMyCar is currently looking for a hardworking and dynamic individual to fill the Full - time role of **RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Specialist**.
As the RMA Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating merchandise returns through the receiving, testing, refurbishing and shipping processes. You will be reporting to the Online Marketplaces Manager. Please note that this is NOT a physically intensive job.

**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:
- Handling and receiving RMA request forms from different sales channels
- Accurate data entry of required RMA information into Excel or Google Sheets
- Inspect, verify, test and log each returned package
- Receive damaged or defective goods authorized for return to establishment
- Refurbish open-box and returned goods
- Facilitate warranty process directly with manufacturers
- Keep track of all inventory related to returned, open-box, and refurbished goods
- Analyze RMA data to identify key issues, trends, and compiling them into reports
- Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking
- Perform other duties and assignments as required
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- High school diploma
- Literacy across a broad range of electronic devices
- You are motivated, energetic about your work and are organized
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
- Lifting or moving up to 10lbs may be required
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
