Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Product Return Specialist will be responsible for helping our customers resolve product return issues quickly and easily You will manage all returned items to ensure they are processed in a timely fashion and our KPI's are maintained. You will issue credits or replacements as per the RMA, and process defective goods returns back to our vendors. You will resolve non-standard or difficult return requests by using problem solving skills and by collaborating with your team members to ensure a positive outcome for our customers.

Specific Responsibilities
- Knowledge using SAP (our ERP system)
- Conduct checks and testing of returned products to ensure actual return matches RMA, and serial numbers are accurate
- Verify return prices, material authorizations, and improve current procedures to ensure that returns to vendors are much less frequent
- Provide stellar customer service and be the go-to for getting our clients replacement pieces for any defective products
- Research new best practices and implement improvements that boost our efficiency rates
- Solving, troubleshooting, and attentiveness to detail will be frequent practices in your role

Required Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP
- 2 + years’ experience in an inventory management role
- Demonstrated understanding of the shipping process for both domestic and international shipments, as well as the documents that are used in this process
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office features
- Unmatched communication skills for developing relationships with internal and external team members, customers and vendors

Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience working with SAP B1
- Have prior experience with audio visual (AV) electronics and/or client services
- Have a strong familiarity of and experience with the technology products we carry (i.e., networking, TVs, cables, surveillance, etc.)
