Frozen Clerk

**Why is this role important**

Our** Store Team Members **are inspired doers. They help provide a positive in-store shopping experience by ensuring the store is always ready with available products that meet customer needs to live life well. Our Clerks inspire our customers through delightful conversation and knowledge of products.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To ensure exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.
- To be responsible for the merchandising, stocking, facing and displaying of all dairy and frozen food products.
- To conduct the merchandising of stock, which includes the displaying of product;
- To stock shelves, face all merchandise throughout the dairy area, reorganizing any displaced item/s and product labels, ensuring the full rotation of product;
- To withdraw damaged and/or outdated product from the selling floor and separate them into designated areas in the back room;
- To prepare a work summary for the store manager which details a piece count, stock invoices and any product discrepancies;
- To ensure the back room, dairy cases, freezers and dairy selling floor are neat and organized by adhering to established health and safety regulations as per Company policy;
- To perform other general duties, as assigned.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Minimum of three year’s previous experience in the retail dairy/frozen food environment;
- Must be flexible to work a combination of shifts, including weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
