Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality oral healthcare to our patients. This position requires excellent clinical skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform dental cleanings and oral hygiene treatments for patients
- Conduct thorough dental examinations and screenings
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of orthodontics and dental specialties a plus
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Familiarity with dental office procedures and protocols
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
