Become an integral part of our customer journey through various customer interactions. Customer success at BIM Track is unique and challenging. Our all-remote team works closely with customers to highlight what's possible with our software — from conducting virtual product tours to sharing product best practices drawn from personal experience with one goal in mind: our users must take the most out of our software.
**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

The BIM Track logo has found a home on every continent and is used by design firms, general contractors, and construction managers globally. **What you'll do**
- Work in collaboration with our clients and other internal stakeholders in different areas such as
**Learn**
- Obtain and maintain a thorough knowledge of the product and its capabilities
- Develop their technical skills to become proficient in every Add-In
- Stay tuned to all new platforms our Customer Base will use
- Collaborate with the Product Specialist
**Support**
- Help our clients to implement the product on their projects in the most efficient ways
- Being available for the Account manager who needs Technical support for their Customers
**Teach**
- Develop Documentation on their Learning
- Sync with the technical writer to keep the knowledge base up-to-date and to suggest improvement
- Host Webinars for Internal and External Audience
**Communicate**
- Provide product feedback to help shape future versions of the product how customers will use the new features
- Gather the product information to prioritize it and take the ownership of the transmission to the product team
- Collaborate with UX/UI Team to provide customers feedback or ideas on best practices
- Provide feedback to the product team on
**Optimize**
**You'll be in charge of**
- Knowing everything about BIM Track
- Continuously develop the technical skills on Add-in platform
- Support the customers in their technical requirements
- Work in partnership with the CSM and support them for the technical side of their relationship with the customer
- Document your learning
- Enhance the skills of our customer base
- Animate workshop, webinar
- Support the development of the BIM Track Academy
**You'll need**
- Coming from the Construction Industry
- Knowledge of the Autodesk suite is an asset
- Bilingual or Unilingual English
- Be comfortable exploring and investigating a SaaS Platform
- Customer Management Skills
- Support Skills for the Onboarding Process
- Passionate about Technical Investigation
- Continuous Skills Development in BIM and the Technology around it
- Interest in Teamwork and Collaboration
