**Responsibilities**:
Your primary responsibilities include managing department staff, operations, and financials with specific focus on performance management; delivering excellent customer experiences and ensuring departmental budget goals are met. You will also oversee shop safety; establish and implement processes that improve productivity and efficiency; and work directly with customers, outside vendors and other departments to coordinate retail, insurance, warranty
and internal repairs.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years RV Service Management experience (a suitable combination of work experience and education will also be considered);
- Proven experience successfully managing and leading staff;
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of repair processes;
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers, manufacturers and other stakeholders;
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a dealership or repair environment;
- Proficient with dealership operating software, Microsoft office and the internet;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
