Regular on-call and after hours shifts are an expectation of this role.
- **Duties & Responsibilities**_
- Package and deliver software and policies to desktop endpoints using Intune;
- Understand various technologies and how they fit together to create the entire Endpoint experience, whether physical, virtual or mobile;
- Have a thorough understanding of Group Policy and Intune policies;
- Work as a liaison to the IT Support Team to diagnose and resolve escalated issues as required;
- Prioritize workloads and exercise superior problem solving skills and issue resolution;
- Other duties as required
- **Knowledge, Qualities & Experience Required**_
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in IT at an intermediate level;
- Experience with Intune is essential and with MECM is preferred;
- Experience migrating or working with M365 suite is essential;
- Experience with all Windows desktop operating systems is essential;
- Experience in PowerShell is essential;
- Experience with MDM technologies is essential;
- Experience with endpoint security products is essential;
- Diploma in Computer Technology or equivalent preferred;
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities required to prioritize a high volume of tasks or competing priorities;
- Dedicated to providing quality customer support by providing service beyond the customer’s expectation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to visualize and deliver creative solutions;
- Ability to manage multiple internal clients and be adaptable to the needs of each;
- French language skills are not required but are considered an asset; and
- Law firm or professional services experience preferred but not required.
