**You as a Storage and Backup Specialist**:

- Corporate Data Governance Strategy for Azure Cloud environment
- MTTR planning including updates to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans
- Extensive experience in Storage Consolidation, Backup administration, testing, and verification of backups
- Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and support large complex multi-platform Storage environment that includes fiber channel SAN with multiple directors, servers, storage frames technologies, as well as enterprise backup technologies.
- Architect, design and implement infrastructure solutions for server hosting, virtualization, storage area network, centralized back-up, security, monitoring.
- Manage monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, provisioning, and reporting for all storage subsystems.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve problems specifically on storage, backup and in general, cross platform environments.
- Identify, define, and develop improvements to processes that support the infrastructure at all Core locations and Satellite office.
- Prepare Implementation plan, rollback plan and test plan, risk, and impact analysis for critical or complex changes. Review the change plan and documentation prepared by level 2 engineers for peer review

**This is the right role for you, if you have**:

- A University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with M365 Cloud Storage Solutions & Azure Cloud Files Services
- Experience with Data Migrations and Systems Integrations
- Experience with CommVault/Metallic experience is an asset
- Back-up Experience On-Premise and Cloud
- 8 years of F/T industry-level experience
- Excellent communication skills, including an ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams, interpersonal skills are essential.
