**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain working relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities.
- Research prospects, cold-call, set appointments, make effective sales, and manage continued sales cycles. Track progress at each step.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge, conduct demos. Read and relay numerical information like product sizing. Represent the company well.
- Assist in creating promotional materials in digital and print formats.
- Schedule and follow up with customers to get feedback on products and pictures of our products. Adjust techniques according to interactions.
- Keep up to date with market and industry trends through in person events and educational webinars. Willingness to learn more.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

**Skills & Requirements**
- High School diploma. University Degree in Geology, Business, Marketing and/or Communications is preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in Landscapping services or products
- Strong business development skills with a focus on market expansion
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to speak Spanish/French/Mandarin/any langauage is a plus
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- 1 year sales experience in any setting is preferred but willing to train someone passionate about stone, landscaping, marketing and/or sales.
- Knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Maps, and M.S. Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to make long distance travels. G license. Must have a car.
- Designing on Canva plus an understanding of social media, is an asset.
- Experience taking pictures is an asset and using photo editing apps.
- Passion for beautifully built outdoor spaces is a must.

**Compensation, Perks & Benefits**
- 50-60K annual salary + Commission based on experience.
- 4% Vacation Pay.
