Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage office operations and staff
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Maintain organized filing systems and records
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding and employee documentation
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Assist in the development of training materials and programs
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients or customers

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office administration or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures
- Proficient in clerical and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mississauga, ON L5C 1C6 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5C 1C6: Relocate before starting work (required)
