Working alongside a team of Swimming Instructors in our growing organization, your role will be to supervise the team, while honing your leadership skills. You will also be expected to deliver superb swimming instruction to students of the British Swim School Aquatics program.

British Swim School was founded in 1981 and is the premium water safety and learn-to-swim program in Canada and the United States. We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead our amazing team of swim instructors, who teach life-saving skills in a fun and gentle environment.

You are a fun, outgoing, personable leader who loves working with all ages, including babies as young as three months old.

We offer a year-round program where students attend weekly lessons with little down-time. We are looking for someone who understands this dynamic concept and is able to adapt to the changing needs of the business.

In order to be successful in this position, you must understand how to engage with parents, staff and students in a busy, growing business. Leadership, efficiency and time management are your strongest assets.

We are looking for someone who understands that a business is only as good as its employees Therefore, we are looking for someone who is willing to work within a smaller, boutique swim school, but who approaches the job with a big business mindset.

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
