As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking 2 skilled and dedicated Medical Laser Technicians to join our dynamic team.
As a Medispa Receptionist at Advanced Laser Skin Clinic, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic, responsible for creating a positive experience for our clients from the moment they enter. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Managing scheduling for treatments, consultations, and follow-up appointments.
- Answering phone calls and providing information on available treatments and services.
- Assisting with patient intake and documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Providing clients with necessary forms and pre/post-treatment instructions.
- Coordinating with technicians and medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Supporting the team in handling client inquiries and up-selling skincare products.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, ideally in a medispa, clinic, or wellness setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, remain organized, and manage time effectively.
- A friendly and professional demeanor, even in fast-paced settings.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Familiarity with medical aesthetics and skincare treatments.
- Experience with payment processing and client relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to up-sell or provide information on related products or services.
**Schedule**:
- Day and evening shifts available.
- Tuesday to Saturday, with some weekends as needed.
