Whistler, Canada Wild Blue Restaurant & Bar Full time

Wild Blue is looking for individuals to join our restaurant in Whistler Village as an Expeditor or Food Runner - depending on levels of experience - they should be highly motivated, possess a positive attitude, dedicated to the hospitality industry, humble, conscientious, team players, a desire to learn, respectful and honest.

**Responsibilities**:

- Aim to make service run efficiently while ensuring quality standards are upheld
- Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the FOH to the kitchen
- Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
- Deliver orders in line with table service procedures to maintain fast service
- Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines or dish-washing areas
- Act as the communication channel between the FOH and Kitchen teams
- Maintaining service stations
- Assisting other members of the team with table touches when required
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
- Other duties may be assigned

- Experience in fine dining is preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.25 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
