**Key Accountabilities**:

- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Assist Operations Supervisor with cycle counting and inventory management
- Oversee E-Commerce dept. to ensure there are adequate supplies, assist with escalated customer issues, communicate with shipping/delivery companies
- Order all store supplies (E-Commerce and Office)
- Responsible for completing all month end reports accurately and efficiently
- Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with any special projects
- Actively stay on top of customer and industry trends in order to identify opportunities to expand the customer base and increase store traffic
- Lead by example at all times
- Participate in coaching and mentoring of all team members on an ongoing basis throughout the year
- Maintain open communication with the leadership team of any opportunities with your team

**Qualifications**
WSET Level 2 (or equivalent knowledge)
4-5 years in customer service or retail industry
2-3 years with supervisory experience
Experience coaching/mentoring a team
Understanding of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Publisher
Serving it Right certificate

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
