Operations & Marketing Assistant - Student Position

**Job Details**:

- As part of the role, you would be responsible for bin-rollouts and roll-backs. You will visit our customers' properties twice a week on average, starting between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. to roll out their bins prior to collection. Later in the afternoon, around 3-3:30 pm, you will return to roll the bins back to their original location. On-the-job training would be provided.

**In between roll-outs and roll-backs, you will**:

- Utilize digital marketing tools to implement a social media strategy to acquire new customers and reach a wider audience in our service areas (Vancouver and Toronto areas).
- Create and design regular social media content to be posted on our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages. Access to Canva will be provided.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the leadership team to discuss deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- A reliable vehicle
- Morning availability
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Must be enrolled in a full-time post secondary Business or marketing related program

**Qualifications**:
Must be physically fit and able to roll waste bins

Must be able to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision

This is a summer student position with flexible hours up to 30 hours a week.
