**THE LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE**:

**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:

- Project Planning and Scheduling:

- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- Communication:

- Serve as a point of contact between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Communicate project updates, changes, and requirements clearly and promptly.
- Facilitate regular meetings to ensure everyone is informed about project status and goals.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, permits, and other relevant documentation.
- Prepare regular progress reports and summaries for management and clients.
- Document project issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Resource Management:

- Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with procurement to source and acquire necessary materials within budgetary guidelines.
- Quality Control:

- Monitor construction processes to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Identify potential issues and work with the project team to develop solutions.
- Safety and Compliance:

- Promote and enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.
- Stay updated on local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Cost Management:

- Assist in tracking project expenses and managing budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
- Client Relations:

- Foster positive relationships with clients by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide updates on project progress and manage client expectations effectively.

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 5 years managing landscape construction projects in the Landscape or Construction industry.
- Experience with Project management software tools and current technology.
- Experience reading architectural plans
- Experience with take off software
- Project Management experience / training preferred
- Connections in the industry. Procurement experience.
- Agility with softwares and spreadsheets
- Proven ability to focus on micro details
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
