What We Are Looking For

The Inside Sales Representative will engage with their distributors and assist with setting up appointments for the salespeople, help with emergencies, and take leads from the local market. This position is going to be evolving and dynamic as the role is built out; it is a growing area for Panduit. It will be fast-paced, and the Inside Sales Representative will need to be willing to adapt to change.

What You Will Do
- Drive growth with channel accounts by introducing Panduit products and solutions and identify/win new projects
- Maintain good relationships with Channel partners and provide support for specific needs; identify further business opportunities
- Follow-up leads, convert leads into opportunities and revenue by closing deals
- Lead generation (cold calling, research, and other sources) to contribute to the organic commercial growth target
- Ensure all relevant data is kept/ updated within the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner
- Work in partnership with Marketing and Business Units to ensure campaigns are relevant and useful to the target audience

What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Communications is desired, or some working experience in the industry of structured cabling
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- The ability to follow-up on leads, cold calling skills, basic computer skills, organization skills, good follow-up skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and multitasking skills
- Technical skills are a plus
