We need a passionate **Administrative Coordinator** to help ensure our operations run smoothly, allowing us to focus on what matters most: empowering businesses and communities to thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Be the friendly face of Community Futures—welcome clients online, on the phone, or in person, ensuring a positive experience.
- **Financial Coordination**: Handle accounting duties including cheques, payments, bank deposits, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- **Website Management**: Keep our website up-to-date with relevant information, ensuring clients have access to the resources they need.
- **Board Support**: Coordinate Board meetings, take minutes, and ensure efficient communication with our volunteer Board of Directors.
- **Marketing & Outreach**: Assist in coordinating advertising, social media, and marketing initiatives to promote our services and programs.
- **Client Services**: Assist with training programs, maintain loan records, and support other initiatives to help clients succeed.
- **Organizational Support**: Keep our office running smoothly by managing supplies, organizing schedules, and maintaining confidentiality.

**What You Bring**:
We’re looking for an individual who is proactive, detail-driven, and has a passion for community development. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping others, we want to hear from you
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business or administrative role (or equivalent education and experience).
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in **Windows 11**, **Microsoft Office 365**, and **Social Media** tools.
- **Self-Motivated**: Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Driver’s License**: A valid driver’s license and access to transportation.
