**About The Role**
We are seeking a **Campus Director (CD)** who will provide overall management for Anderson College's Kitchener location. The CD will report to the RVPO (Regional VP of Operations) and will be responsible for ensuring the campus meets all accreditation, regulatory and legal requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drives the campus’ strategic planning process, participating in business/operating reviews
- Total profit and loss responsibility for the campus including budgeting and financial reporting
- Manage Campus Operations Team, providing guidance in setting individual goals/objectives, feedback regarding performance, and facilitation of learning and development of direct reports
- Establishes and maintains quality controls to ensure that Anderson policies and procedures are adhered to with respect to curriculum and compliance
- Acts as the campus’ authority on issues related to registration and contracts, curriculum, student and employee relations, Ministry and other regulatory agency standards, operational matters
- Performs all duties inherent in a CD/Management role. May be assigned other duties and special projects as required
**Required skills**:
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with students and employees
- Adept at recognizing market trends affecting the business and making recommendations to maintain competitiveness
- Proven ability to set and achieve goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
**Experience**:
- Post-secondary education
- Five+ years business management experience
- Sales and marketing experience
- Experience in the private post-secondary sector considered a great asset
**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
- Position Location: In
- campus, Kitchener location
- Hours of work: 8 hours shift
- Schedule of work: Monday to Friday
