Location: Remote in Canada, preferably Toronto Metro Area

**What's the role**
Responsible for leading communication, collaboration, and project management between the client and creative production team, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to specification.

**What you do**
- Establish project requirements and assign work to the appropriate creative provider
- Creative project management in alignment with campaign launch schedules
- Act as main point of contact for creative projects, facilitating communication and collaboration between client, Brainlabs and other agency parties
- Production management including asset gathering, delivery and revision feedback coordination
- Conduct thorough quality assurance on all ad creative mockups and previews to ensure alignment with client specifications and strategies
**Who you are**
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in a creative agency or similar work environment
- Understanding of the creative development process and proven success in working with creative teams
- Familiarity with all digital ad formats and a sense of their overall ad specifications, functions, and features
- General understanding of the breadth of programmatic, social, digital marketing platforms and workflows
- Proactive and creative problem solver with the ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks according to urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal and customer/client service skills
- Strong administrative and time-management skills
- A high degree of accuracy, vigilance and attention to detail
