Project Manager

Project management tasks will include, but may not be limited to:
- Managing project schedules from team members, to ensure their work is in scope, and timelines, milestones and deliverables are met
- Creating and executing a governance plan, along with evaluation metrics, data management, and a risk register
- Managing overall budget to help distribute funds on an annual basis, based on evaluation metrics
- Participating in meetings between team members and in annual team meetings
- Ensuring effective communication within the team, including scheduling and event planning
- Developing project branding by creating a website and through the use of social media
- Running educational and training activities
- Assisting in dayto-day management of the Program and its initiatives
Required skills
- Minimum 3 years postdegree experience in Project Management or the management of large research projects
- Higher level degree (e.g., MBA, MSc, PhD)
- Experience and/or training in Project Management is desired
- Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Experience in the use of Project Management Tools, such as Adobe Workfront, Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc. would be preferred.
- Superb interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a team environment is critical.
