**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provides a technical support on machinery and agricultural equipment (Characteristics, Technology, Agronomy) to the sales representatives and to the customers;-
- Train the sales force and the Service department’s employees on the agricultural equipment (Characteristics, Technology, Agronomy);-
- Prepares and performs demonstrations the equipment in the fields with the customers and the sales representatives;-
- Implements the adoption of new technology and product offerings;-
- Provides solutions-based business consulting services to customers (i.e. advising customers on optimizing performance, reducing costs, operation efficiencies, etc.);**IDEALLY, YOU HAVE**:
- Knowledge in agriculture, agricultural mechanics, dealership sales or other related work experience;-
- Bilingual (French and English): an asset in order to serve English and French speaking clients in relation to the position.-
- Ability to operate with a solutions approach and identify existing/emerging customer needs;-
- Solid organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills;-
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to store locations and customers;**WE OFFER**:
