**The Opportunity**:
Advanced Solutions is looking for community-minded, energetic, progressive individual to join its
Application Services department. Advanced Solutions’ Application Services department is responsible for
planning, developing, and maintaining the business systems for our various BC public sector clients. Many
locations around the province and the general public accessing government information.

**Application Requirements**

**Must Have**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent

experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in data engineering and business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Fabric components (or similar/predecessor tools):

- Power BI (report development, DAX, data modeling, Power Query);
- Data Factory or similar ETL tools;
- SQL Server and T-SQL; and
- Spark notebooks.
- Experience with data warehouse and data Lakehouse design and construction.
- Experience with data modeling and dimensional design.
- Experience building robust ETL processes and data pipelines.**We take care of our people (what we offer)**:

- Salary Grid Level: Level 27, Schedule 2
- Annual Salary: $91,855.54 - $104,908.92 (Based on a 35 hour work week)
- Annual Salary: $104,977.76 - $119,895.91 (Based on a 40 hour work week)
- Office Location: Victoria, BC - Hybrid**
