**Your Role**

As a **Sales Representative**, you will be the driving force behind our business development efforts. Your primary focus will be to prospect new clients and engage them in discussions about their Group Benefits and Group Retirement programs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- _Prospecting & Acquisition:_ Actively seek out and secure new clients for PACE Consulting Benefits & Pensions Ltd.
- _Client Engagement:_ Manage relationships with prospective clients and insurance carriers throughout the sales process.
- _Sales Leadership:_ Collaborate with the Sales Leadership team and Account Managers to oversee all aspects of the sales process and ensure a smooth implementation for new clients.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record
- Strong “Hunter” mentality with excellent phone presence and the ability to make warm/hot calls daily.
- Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and strong presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

**Bonus Points For**
- LLQP license or willing to obtain
- Knowledge or experience in group benefits and group retirement services
- GBA or RPA designation
