G-Force seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary role will be to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to the premises. **Responsibilities**
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises, including access points, to ensure security measures are in place.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies and take appropriate action as necessary.
- Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities in real-time.
- Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns or incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries professionally.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with law enforcement protocols and emergency response procedures is preferred.
- Proficient in operating surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with others.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with the capacity to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Security Guard: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (required)
- Class G Licence (required)
