**DESCRIPTIF DU POSTE**:
En tant qu’Administrateur Microsoft 365 chez IT Link, tu connaîtras un vaste éventail d’industries, de fonctions et de clients; tu changeras de rôle sans changer d’employeur À titre d’exemples, les solutions conçues par IT Link au Canada ont mené à améliorer la formation clinique et la sécurité des patients chez un acteur mondial en santé; ont amélioré la performance et la qualité logicielle d'un système de stockage d'énergie; et ont permis à une compagnie de transport du Québec d'avoir une solution prédictive avance-retard pour des bus. Dans le cadre d’un important projet public remporté par notre nouvelle division Ciao à Québec, nous recrutons partout au Canada un Administrateur Microsoft 365 francophone (francophone obligatoirement) pour un poste 35h/semaine. Si tu es sur un autre fuseau horaire canadien, tu auras à travailler sur la base de l’horaire de l’est.

Au sein de l’équipe d'évolution des solutions d’affaires, progiciels et infonuagiques, tu agiras comme conseiller lors de réalisation, implantation et support de solutions relatives aux solutions Microsoft 365. Tu réalises les activités de pilotage et d'administration des outils Microsoft 365 conformément aux recommandations de l’architecte technologique, en plus de collaborer à la rédaction des différents livrables émanant des besoins exprimés.
- Responsabilités:
- Assurer le maintien des outils Microsoft 365;
- Répondre aux besoins des utilisateurs et des développeurs en matière de configuration des outils Microsoft 365;
- Réaliser toute documentation pertinente, propre à son domaine d’expertise, selon les normes et standards;
- Participer à la validation de certains livrables en matière technologique associés à la plateforme des outils Microsoft 365;
- Participer au support applicatif de niveau 2, en particulier pour des outils Microsoft 365 et ses logiciels associés;
- Participer à l’implantation de nouvelles solutions basées sur les outils Microsoft 365;
- Participer à la veille des technologies Microsoft 365;
- Participer aux rencontres de suivi d’équipes ou de projets de l'équipe de réalisation et faire part de son niveau d'avancement, d'avenues de solution et/ou de problèmes pouvant compromettre les échéanciers ou la réalisation du projet;
- S'assurer du respect des échéanciers des mandats à ta charge;
- Soutenir les chargés de projet dans le cadre de la planification.

Salaire : 65,000-82,000$/an (négociable selon expérience)

**PROFIL**:

- 2 ans d'expérience en administration des outils Microsoft 365, en administration SharePoint Online et en assistance technique des outils Microsoft
