Your mandate will be to exceed our customers’ expectations by providing the highest quality of service and standards of workmanship when replacing, repairing or fitting vehicle glass and providing other company services and products.

You will be trained on how to use industry-leading tools while working alongside a supportive community that will help bring out the very best in you;

Work-Life balance free of unpredictable schedules and long hours: average of 37.5 hours per week (varying between 35 and 40 hours per week), no evenings or weekends (subject to change depending on business needs) ;

You will play a key role in the customer experience by repairing or replacing their windshield with the utmost skill and care using our industry-leading tools;
Consistently meet or exceed Speedy Glass ® technical standards in the installation of vehicle glass and other products, and ensure that the company’s quality and other procedures are complied with.
Adhere to and enforce Belron ® International technical standards and work procedures for door, window and windshield repair and replacement.
Ensure proper tool maintenance.
Represent the interests of the customer in dealing with our internal procedures, including promptly providing customer feedback and keeping customers informed of the work process being carried out.
Foster genuine relationships with your customers and fellow team members.

Have a valid Class 5 or Class G license (Class 7 Novice, or G2 are not considered full driver’s license);
Be able to drive company vehicle to complete the tasks independently at the client’s site, where required.
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Direct experience in the automotive glass repair and replacement industry is an asset.
Be available to work a flexible schedule.
