Offer personalized consultations and guide customers through device fittings and demonstrations. Provide quality after-care services and maintain accurate customer records in compliance with healthcare data privacy. Lead sales of hearing aids and accessories to contribute to individual and office revenue goals. Community Engagement & Awareness Promote hearing health awareness through community outreach events and partnership engagement. Drive local engagement by supporting marketing initiatives and managing special events. A diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist program or a Master's degree in Audiology. Registered and in good standing with the applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body. Technical
