This position requires knowledge across surface and underground mining operations and a commitment to technical excellence. You will assist in project management, primarily focusing on customer satisfaction and effective collaboration while ensuring safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts for technical roles and teams
- Partner with operations to identify talent needs
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards in recruitment
- Deliver application training and improvement opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in technical recruitment or explosives
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
