Fairstone Bank seeks a dedicated Loan Consultant to drive sales and customer satisfaction within our innovative finance team. This full-time role allows you to excel in promoting loan products and services. In your role as a Loan Consultant, you will immerse yourself in understanding customer needs and managing the sales process from beginning to end, both virtually and in-person. Your commitment to relationship building will ensure customer trust and contribute to achieving team objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell loan and protection products
- Assess customer financial needs to recommend solutions
- Oversee the sales process from application to closure
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Process payments and manage overdue accounts
- High school diploma required; finance education is a plus
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Customer-first mindset focused on delivering value
- Ability to consistently exceed sales goals
