Your contributions will significantly impact Allstate's regulatory framework. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer counsel on personal information management and privacy laws
- Conduct reviews of privacy impact assessments and data processes
- Advise on compliance with consumer protection standards
- Assist in managing regulatory compliance inquiries
- Partner with teams to enhance privacy programs
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB; provincial law society member
- Minimum 5 years in legal advisory for privacy compliance
- Practical experience with Canadian privacy legislation
- Solid understanding of compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication and legal analysis skills
