We are urgently hiring Work-at-Home (WAH) Call Centre Representatives to join our remote support team. If you're ready to start immediately and have a passion for helping people, this is a great opportunity to work from home while making a difference.
 
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
Record call details and customer feedback in the system.
Meet performance goals and adhere to call center protocols.
 
The Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated and should possess the below qualities:
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to begin work immediately.
Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
