- **CALL-TAKER**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive high volume of inbound calls from existing or new customers and book taxi trips based on the information received.
- Create customer loyalty by providing friendly and efficient service.
- Provide customer support by addressing questions, problems, or requests for service.
- You will handle sensitive personal data that will require a high level of business maturity.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Basic technical and computer skills with fast typing and data entry.
- A team player who is focused on providing exceptional service and a customer focused attitude with the ability to take direction and work independently.
- Must be able to prioritize and multi task including being able to remain flexible in continually changing and fast paced situations.
- Possess advanced problem solving skills with the ability to proactively manage issues
- Ability to work with time constraints in a complex environment
- Geographical knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.
- Must be able to work shift work (days, evenings, nights and weekends).

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED required; Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in the tow industry preferred; call center experience a benefit
- **DISPATCHER**_

The dispatcher will be responsible to coordinate the activities of our drivers, maintain communication with drivers and customers, and ensure all the necessary details are communicated to both parties in a timely and effective manner.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Answer all lines and assist customers, drivers and other divisions.
- Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of multiple drivers and equipment.
- Monitor drivers check in’s/check out’s during shifts.
- Accurately records and documents information from customers and/or drivers.
- Process payments received (handling cash, Point of Sale machines).
- Sorting and filing of documents, entering information into various systems.
- Perform any other general duties as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- **Previous Towing and Transportation dispatching is a MUST.**:

- Ability to read instructions, follow written policies and procedures and take direction.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with strong English skills.
- Ability to maintain concentration and mental alertness in a variety of situations.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining great attention to details.
- Knowledge of street and road systems in Edmonton and surrounding areas
