Excel in e-commerce sales with Tower Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a leading dealership in Calgary, AB. This full-time Internet Sales Representative role focuses on engaging with customers and maximizing online leads. In this position, you’ll manage incoming inquiries via various channels and set up customer appointments effectively. Your expertise in digital sales tools and CRM systems will help you guide prospective buyers smoothly through their purchasing journey while maintaining the highest service standards. Collaboration with the sales team will ensure a flawless transition from online to physical sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage online leads promptly through emails and texts
- Schedule appointments for walk-in customers
- Utilize structured follow-up processes for potential sales
- Keep CRM notes current and detailed
- Monitor inventory and update vehicle listings
- Minimum age of 18 for driving duties
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles, retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms
- Flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts
