Position Overview

Our team is currently looking for a Contracts Manager for one of our clients. The Contracts Manager oversees contractor sourcing activities and contract administration for 3rd party services, engineering, and construction services on capital projects. They may also manage EPC contracts and other necessary contracts on projects.

Responsibilities & Essential Duties


• Manage contractor sourcing activities.


• Administer contracts for 3rd party services, engineering, and construction services.


• Manage EPC contracts and other project-related contracts.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills)


• 15- 20 yrs previous experience in contract management or related field.


• Strong understanding of contract administration processes.


• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.


• Knowledge of engineering and construction contracts.


• Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.


• Proficient with Contracts Management Software such as; Scout, Power BI, E-Tendering, SAP
