Join Premier Equipment as a John Deere Service Technician. Thrive in a dynamic role focused on diagnosing and repairing agricultural and turf equipment, ensuring customer operations run smoothly. At Premier Equipment, with over 190 skilled technicians, we are looking for a Service Technician with a minimum of three years of experience. You will be crucial in diagnosing issues, maintaining your tools, and taking part in ongoing training specific to John Deere products. Your expert communication skills will also allow you to explain service issues directly to customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair agricultural and compact construction machinery
- Participate in ongoing John Deere training programs
- Engage with customers during service clinics
- Document repair issues on service orders
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Minimum 3 years of service repair expertise
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
- Proficient with diagnostic technology and tools
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license required
