Join Premier Equipment as an Agricultural Service Technician and apply your mechanical skills to keep Ontario’s farming equipment running smoothly. This role involves fieldwork and shop maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction. As a part of Premier Equipment, Ontario’s largest John Deere dealership, you will diagnose and repair equipment efficiently. With a commitment to service excellence, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. You will support customers through direct communication and precision diagnostics, enhancing their operational efficiency with cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site diagnostics and effective repairs on equipment
- Participate in Service EDUCATE training for continual improvement
- Collaborate with customers to address service needs
- Document all work performed accurately
- Maintain tools and ensure vehicle readiness
- Hands-on service experience of at least 2 years
- Proficient with hydraulic and electrical diagnostics
- Strong customer service aptitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift heavy equipment up to 75 lbs.
