As a Controls and Electrical Specialist (Electrician), you will support the safe and reliable operation of our manufacturing facility by maintaining and improving electrical and control systems in a regulated environment. Your work directly enables consistent production, compliance, and team success. Electrical Systems & Installation Install, maintain, test, and repair electrical systems, wiring, control panels, HVAC, and plant equipment Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives Diagnose and resolve issues with PLCs, motors, drives, servos, transformers, and panels Perform bench repairs on electrical components and instruments Complete preventive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime Projects, Safety & Compliance Collaborate with engineering, mechanical, and facilities teams on site projects and validations Electrical trade certification (442A) or equivalent technical qualification Minimum 5 years of hands‐on experience in manufacturing or regulated environments Experience with PLCs, motors, drives, transformers, panels, and control systems Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation Experience within a pharmaceutical, food or packaging environments is an asset CET or equivalent designation is an asset At Jones, you'll be part of a team that's shaping the future of healthcare packaging with purpose and care.
